Dear Customer

We are writing to provide you with notice that we will be carrying-out essential maintenance on our Compass application tomorrow.

This work will require an outage of 15 minutes.

The work will take place during the following window:

Thursday 7th May 1200hrs – 1230hrs

Impacted services:

  • Compass will be unavailable
  • Compass database processes will be suspended
  • Compass messaging will be suspended (TOS, EDI, CDS)
  • Compass messaging & database processing will be queued and processed after restart

All other CNS services will be available.
