MCP operate the inventory system and CHIEF links for a number of key UK sea ports.
Albacore manage connectivity to MCP by ensuring customer connections are operating correctly and support the users of the Destin8 inventory system. We ensure any changes to the MCP infrastructure are put in place for our customers with minimum disruption to their operations. We have developed a unique printing utility that can route or supress MCP reports, as well as archiving and storing prints automatically. Unlimited telephone and remote support in office hours from our helpdesk for system users and IT staff is included.
