CCS-UK operate the inventory and CHIEF link for most UK airports. Albacore have developed and can offer all types of managed and supported on-premise, hosted and bureau connectivity options to CCS-UK.
We also have a unique CCS-UK fallback service available to our customers which was developed with CCS-UK. This allows our customers access to CCS-UK using any available Internet connectivity in the unlikely event of a fault with the managed connection.
Albacore support CCS-UK connectivity to the network card of the system that sends entries rather than the router hardware. We work with your team to resolve any issue that may arise and take ownership of issues as much as possible.
Unlimited telephone and remote support of for CCS-UK connectivity is available in our office hours 0900-1730 Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays to both direct users of the system and IT staff. Outside office hours, we operate a telephone support service for urgent and system wide problems with a maximum response time of 30 minutes.
