CNS operate the inventory system and CHIEF links for a number of key UK sea ports. They also manage the inventory and clearance facilities for the air courier system at Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
Albacore manage connectivity to CNS by ensuring customer connections are operating correctly and support the users of the CNS compass inventory system. We ensure any changes to the CNS infrastructure are put in place for our customers with minimum disruption to their operations. We support the CNS printing function. Unlimited telephone and remote support in office hours from our helpdesk for system users and IT staff is included.
We attend CNS regional meetings to ensure our CNS customers are kept up to date with the latest CNS news. We publish updates on CNS information, outages and downtime on Twitter and advise users of possible problems as and when they occur.
