Recent CNS issues

This is an explanation from CNS……

Dear Customer,

Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues experienced with CNS services. Please be assured that all CNS services are now performing as we expect and normal service has been restored.

The issues were caused by an unexpected event on a system interface at 10.38 yesterday morning. Appreciating the severity of the situation CNS escalated to our external support partners and attempts were made during the day to provide a stable service. The root cause was identified and our services were restored.

CNS is in the process of conducting a full review of the events yesterday with the aim of reducing the risk of a similar issue, preventing outages to our usually reliable services. We are confident that the isolated incident we experienced yesterday will not cause additional issues going forward.

Please again accept our apologies, we understand the impact these issue shave on your business and appreciate your patience and understanding. We are committed to providing reliable services to our customers.
