HMRC has advised Albacore that there will be a planned LUCAS ASN Patching is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 27 August 2026, from 14:00 BST to 18:00 BST (4 hours).

Please be advised that LUCAS ASN Patching is scheduled to take place on Thursday 27th August 2026 between 14:00 BST and 18:00 BST. While this window has been reserved to allow sufficient time, we expect the activity to be completed within approximately four hours.
The activity is required to ensure the platform remains secure, stable, and compliant with HMRC patching requirements. No migration activities are being undertaken during this outage.

During this period, services normally provided by the National Clearance Hub (NCH) to your customers will be unavailable. This includes all inventory update requests, such as intershed removals requiring authorisation, as well as any updates where LRI = Y has been declared. These requests cannot be actioned while the live migration activity is taking place.
