HMRC – GVMS & NCTS Issues

Albacore have been informed that The New Computerised Transit System (NCTS) is experiencing technical issues. HMRC advise that where possible, please continue to submit declarations on NCTS. If this is not possible, you may need to wait until NCTS is restored before making a new declaration or unloading goods. Authorised Consignors/Consignees should check the details of their authorisation. Inbound movements presented at a frontier Office of Destination will be actioned following BCP. Refer to the Transit Manual Supplement. It is also noted that the Excise Movement Control System (EMCS) and the Safety & Security (S&S) are also experiencing issues.
