EMCS – Ongoing Issues
Issues with EMCS declarations getting stuck at Message Acknowledged for some clients is still being experienced since the EMCS4 release on 19th August and eCustoms is still in fallback for most users.
HMRC have confirmed that the SEED Unavailable errors have been resolved so some clients have been taken out of fallback if EMCS polling is working and ARC’s are being returned.
Once confirmation is received from HMRC that the EMCS polling issues are resolved, all users will be taken out of fallback.
If you wish to come out of fallback now please email the HMRC EMCS service desk and they can temporarily override fallback until the system returns to normal running.
