EMCS Issues – Update

If you do not use the EMCS Module, please disregard this post.

 

EMCS is now out of fallback for most customers however some are still receiving 403 Rules Errors when submitting EMCS declarations. This is a known issue as per the EMCS status page:

There are also still issues with processing receipts where messages are sent to EMCS but the status is not updating to finalised.

 

This issue is being worked on as well as tidying up the historic messages that have been returned by the new EMCS system. It is not necessary to resend these receipts and the status should update once the issue has been fixed.
