EMCS Customs Office Code Update

EMCS Users, following the EMCS Office code update yesterday, there is an issue relating to invalid Customs Office Codes, this is being investigated by HMRC as a matter of urgency. Therefore, for any movements due for dispatch where this error is occurring, please follow the Fallback procedures as outlined in Excise Notice 197, Section 3. Further updates will be published on the Gov.UK (website) – Excise Movement and Control System Service availability and issues page. HMRC apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
