e-Customs UAT Scheduled Essential Maintenance

Please note that on Wednesday 22nd January 2025, some essential background maintenance work is scheduled on the Descartes e-Customs UAT websites.

This work is scheduled between 1pm and 3pm (UK). As a result, the sites will be unavailable during this time and any processing will be sporadic.

The work is aimed to be completed within the 2 hour window to keep the amount of disruption to a minimum.
