DP World London Gateway Unplanned Outage
We can confirm that there is currently a system issue at the LONDON GATEWAY port which is being looked into by all relevant teams. Therefore due to this issue, operations have stopped until this has been resolved, including VBS Bookings and EDI Updates.
Bookings have been blocked today whilst we resolve the system issues.
DP World London Gateway apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause and assure you that they are working hard to restart operations as soon as possible.
