Crowdstrike Issues Affecting Descartes Services – RESOLVED

The earlier issue affecting the Descartes Customer base, as well as a myriad of other IT Services, has been RESOLVED.
All sites should be available and Message Processing has returned to Normal.
Some message flows, notably ICS, are still working through the submissions affected.
If there are any remaining stragglers which you need investigation, please send a message to Servicedesk@Descartes.com, providing the support ref of the submission(s) in question.
