CNS Core Infrastructure upgrade – Saturday 30th August

Historic - 22:00, 30th August - 04:00, 31st August

CNS will be performing an essential update to their core infrastructure during the coming weekend.

This work is expected to be complete within 4 hours. However, they are allowing a further 2 hours as contingency, in case their technical team encounter an issue that necessitates rolling back the update.

The work will be carried out within the following window:

22:00 BST on Saturday 30th August and completing by 04:00 BST on Sunday 31st August

During this window, the following impacts will be experienced:

– Compass – unavailable

– Air Courier – unavailable

– All CNS web services and portals – unavailable

– VBS at DP World Southampton and London Gateway will not receive updates

– All messaging (TOS, EDI, CDS) will be stopped, queued, and processed after the restart
