CNS Core Infrastructure Maintenance

Albacore have been informed that CNS will be performing essential maintenance to their core infrastructure. This work will require a full outage of all CNS services for 4 hours, with additional rollback contingency as noted below. The work will be carried out within the following window: Sunday 14th September 00:01hrs to 06:00hrs BST. This window includes 2 hours rollback contingency. Work is expected to be complete in 04:00hrs during this window, the following impacts will be experienced: Compass – unavailable, Air Courier – unavailable, All CNS web services and portals – unavailable, VBS at DP World Southampton and London Gateway will not receive updates, All messaging (TOS, EDI, CDS) will be stopped, queued, and processed after the restart. All other CNS services will be available.
