CNS Core Infrastructure Maintenance

Historic - 22:00, 20th September - 03:00, 21st September

CNS have informed Albacore that they will be performing essential maintenance to their core infrastructure. This work will require a full outage of all CNS services for 4 hours, with additional rollback contingency as noted below. The work will be carried out within the following window: Saturday 20th September 22:00hrs until Sunday 21st September 03:00hrs (BST) This window includes 1 hour rollback contingency. Work is expected to be complete by 02:00hrs. During this window, the following impacts will be experienced: Compass, Air Courier, all CNS web services and portals, VBS at DP World Southampton and London Gateway will not receive updates, all messaging (TOS, EDI, CDS) will be stopped, queued, and processed after the restart. All other CNS services will be available.
