CNS Compass Scheduled Downtime

Date: May 12 2024

CNS have advised that they will be carrying out essential maintenance on Compass and its EDI translation application, requiring a downtime of 15 minutes maximum.
This work is scheduled for Monday 13th May 12:00 to 12:15 midday.

During this time the following impacts will be felt:
– Terminal Operating System messages will not reach end users –
– Shipping lines will not be able to send EDIFACT messages to Terminal Operating System during the outage window –
– All EDIFACT messaging will be queued & processed after restart –

All other CNS services will be available.
