CNS Compass maintenance – Monday 11th May & Monday 25th May

Dear Customer

We are writing to provide you with notice that we will be carrying-out essential maintenance on our Compass application.

This work will require an outage of a maximum of 3 hours on two separate occasions.

The work will take place during the following windows:

1/  Monday 11th May 0001hrs – 0300hrs

2/  Monday 25th May 0001hrs – 0300hrs

Impacted services:

  • Compass will be unavailable
  • Compass database processes will be suspended
  • Compass messaging will be suspended (TOS, EDI, CDS)
  • Compass messaging & database processing will be queued and processed after restart
  • DRS will be unavailable

All other CNS services will be available.
