CNS Compass Downtime

CNS have provided Albacore with notification that they will be performing essential maintenance on Compass, requiring a maximum of 30 minutes downtime. This maintenance update had been previously advised for 10th September, but was postponed for operational reasons. The update will include these changes to the UCD field: from “T2 – Thru Clearance in Free circ” to “CC – Thru Clearance in Free circ” This is to accommodate HMRC regulatory changes relating to Proof of Union Status, for Northern Ireland users with EPU 515 access. This work is scheduled for: Wednesday 17th September 0700-0730hrs. During this time the following impacts will be experienced: Compass will be unavailable, Unit status updates and shipping line messages will not reach Compass, All messaging will be queued & processed after restart . All other CNS services will be available.
