CDS Scheduled Downtime This June

Historic - 21:30, 14th June - 06:00, 15th June

HMRC have informed us that there will be scheduled maintenance on the Customs Declaration Service (CDS) from 21:30 on Saturday 14th June 2025 until 06:00 on Sunday 15th June 2025 (8.5 hours). During this time, CDS will be unavailable.

If you use CDS, please note; Declarations submitted during the maintenance window will be queued and processed once the service is restored, Creating, updating, or embarking a Goods Movement Reference (GMR) may be impacted during this period, Only goods with pre-lodged declarations attached to a GMR will be able to move via the Goods Vehicle Movement Service (GVMS).

Exports must have Permission to Progress (P2P) before departure, No data will be lost, and no manual intervention is required. Services will resume automatically once the maintenance is complete, HMRC and CCS-UK apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
