CDS Exports Temporary Issue

HMRC is aware of some temporary issues when querying the status of a UCR (ILE QUE message), impacting CDS User Interface (also known as Make and Manage an Export Declaration Online) and software connecting to the Customs Inventory Linking Exports API end point.
These issues occur when attempting to query the status of a UCR at DUCR level for all declarations that were submitted before 29 September 2024. An urgent fix is planned for imminent IT delivery. To alleviate this issue as soon as possible, HMRC has prepared temporary guidance for customers.
