CNS are excited to announce the latest enhancement to their Customs Declaration Management System (CDMS): Operational Dashboards – Turn customs activity into operational insight. This latest release to their CDMS will require a short, 15-minute period of downtime within a one-hour maintenance window, during which CDMS will be unavailable. Release Deployment window: Date: Tuesday, 21st July 2026 Time: 4.30am to 5.30am (1hr UK time). Operational Dashboards overview: a powerful new inclusion within CDMS that enables operational managers and administrators to quickly assess workload exposure, identify ageing risk, monitor quality indicators, or understand customer activity trends in a structured and consistent manner. Operational Dashboards introduces a controlled, in-platform visibility layer providing a consolidated view of operational workload, quality metrics and customer volume indicators across supported declaration modules. Built specifically for busy customs operations, the dashboards helps your business to investigate issues, understand customer activity, identify operational bottlenecks and focus attention precisely where action is needed.
