CCS-UK Unplanned Outage
CCS-UK have informed Albacore that CCS-UK systems are currently down affecting imports & Exports. It has been apparent since Friday 27th March 2026 – 06:30 AM GMT. Customers using REST-API type of connectivity to CCS-UK for messaging to CDS may not be receiving responses or will face delayed response to their messages due to this outage. Their technical team is working to get the system back to normal as a priority.
Notes System
This is to confirm the CCS-UK issues have now been resolved. Normal messaging via CCS-UK has been resumed. Any messages delayed by this issue (if stored in the local queues) are now being transmitted to their destination, please allow some time for the response to be generated and sent back to you.
