CCS-UK – Scheduled Downtime Notification

CCS-UK has informed Albacore of a planned system maintenance that will result in a temporary outage of the CCS-UK service on Tuesday, 19th August 2025. This scheduled downtime is necessary to carry out essential system updates. During this period, connectivity to and from CCS-UK will be unavailable and users will be unable to submit or process Import and Export clearances via the system. Please ensure you have appropriate contingency plans in place, especially if you are handling perishable goods clearances during this time. Normal service will resume once the maintenance is complete.
