CCS-UK Planned Outage DC Upgrade – Revised Times
We would like to inform you of an updated scheduled outage of CCS-UK services. In order to carry out a critical Data Centre upgrade, CCS-UK services will be fully unavailable from 17:00 BST on Saturday 31st May 2025 until 05:00 BST on Sunday 1st June 2025. This planned maintenance window may last for up to 10 hours.
During this time, all CCS-UK services will be offline. You will be unable to create or manage inventory, submit or process air waybills, transhipments, or inventory-controlled movements. Import and export declarations—both inventory-linked and non-inventory-linked—will not be processed, and export presentation (arrival) and departure submissions will be unavailable. Messaging to and from CDS, AIS integrations (including customs status updates), and LUCAS platform access will also be disrupted. In addition, ASN data feeds and airline messaging via FTP and email will be affected.
This downtime will impact all CCS-UK locations and stakeholders, including airlines, ground handlers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners such as hauliers. It will also affect all CCS-UK linked ITSFs, ETSFs, DEPs, and inland temporary storage facilities.
HMRC has confirmed that no air cargo movements or declaration processing can occur at CCS-UK inventory-linked locations during the downtime. Any declarations submitted to CDS during this window will not be processed. Please ensure that you wait until services have resumed before attempting to submit any declarations or amendments.
CCS-UK will notify users once systems have been fully restored.
