Please be advised that there will be an emergency planned outage on Saturday 13th January 2024 starting at 05:00AM GMT to 09:00AM GMT (4 Hours).
This work will only impact customers with direct connection to CCS-UK (NOT REST, VPN or Indirect Connectivity)
Monitoring will continue until 10am via email and phone. Post 10am please ensure any incidents/issues are raised as per the out of hours process via phone only, as the inbox will not be monitored proactively.
Please ensure you have resiliency plans in place, or avoid these times, especially in the case of perishable goods clearances you are undertaking.
