At Albacore, we recently carried out a full IT infrastructure refresh for TFS Cargo Services Ltd, modernising their environment, improving performance, and strengthening reliability across their systems. The project included upgrading core hardware, refreshing user workstations, improving network capability, and putting in place a more secure and streamlined setup for their everyday operations.

Working closely with TFS Cargo Services, we designed and built a stable server environment, prepared their data and applications for a smooth transition, and ensured everything was thoroughly tested before go‑live. We also introduced improved security measures and remote access processes to give their team safer and more flexible ways of working.

Our engineers completed a substantial portion of the work onsite, ensuring hardware was installed correctly, the network was organised and optimised, and users were supported throughout the change. Where required, we also coordinated with third‑party software providers to ensure key business applications were fully functional in the new environment.

The final cutover was completed with minimal interruption, and we ensured TFS Cargo Services were fully briefed, trained, and confident in using their new systems. The completed solution provides them with a solid, future‑ready foundation and a more efficient day‑to‑day experience.
