What is ACP?
Albacore Customer Portal (ACP) was developed internally by Albacore and was launched in 2017. ACP provides read only visibility of the ASM Sequoia inventory screen behind a password protected and SSL secured webpage. It works on any PC, tablet or mobile device.
This simple concept is a key example of Albacore’s commitment to empower our customers to evolve their working practices and improve the visibility of their shipments.
What Kinds of data can ACP show
The ACP dashboard can be customised to your preference. Instead of presenting you with lots of information that you don’t need we can change the dashboard to only show you the fields you do. By default, ACP displays the Declaration Type, Job Reference, Declaration Status, Importer, Exporter and Acceptance Date. There are a further 36 optional fields that can be displayed.
A recent enhancement to the software adds viewing of ETSF records through the ACP portal, increasing visibility for operators of these essential facilities.
Email Functionality
The email notifications feature allows users to receive important notifications about the changing status of entries, ensuring they stay informed about their shipments and inventory status without needing to constantly check the portal or clearance software. By integrating email notifications, ACP helps users manage their tasks more efficiently, reducing the need for manual follow-ups and enabling quicker responses to critical updates.
