Dachser win the Staff Development category.

Dachser saw an intake of 12 new apprentices in September and October 2017 across all 4 of their UK branches into their Customs and Business Apprenticeship scheme. The programme provides A-level students with an apprenticeship in the logistics industry. The process which is monitored and assessed by Dachser’s chosen DFE and OFSTED accredited training partner has been in place for several years, Dachser also won the BIFA staff development award in 2013.
Recruiting bright, dedicated and motivated young people , and then nurturing and developing their talent in a highly supportive environment to release their fullest potential, is at the heart of Dachser’s strategy and once again Dachser’s commitment to the logistics industry has been recognised by BIFA.
