CCS-UK Downtime

Message from CCS-UK

Following the implementation of new CCS UK servers earlier in the year, BT plan to carry out a Disaster Recovery test of CCS UK on Saturday May 12th.

The CCS UK system will be taken down at 18:00hrs and brought back up on the standby servers at 19:30hrs, when Users will be able to continue normal working. The system will be taken down again at 21:00hrs in order to transfer back to the primary servers. Service will be restored by 22.30hrs. Please refer to the attached document for further details regarding the downtime.

BT apologises for the inconvenience this may cause.
