Our friendly helpdesk team can solve most problems over the phone, but there are various remote support options open to us if the problem requires it.

Albacore supported networks are configured to update us of potential hardware and software problems, and we use Microsoft's remote administration technology over secure VPN links on servers all over the UK to speed up resolution of support issues, often fixing issues even before the customer realises there is a problem. If you have a problem on your desktop machine we can, with your permission, share your desktop to demonstrate solutions or reproduce problems. Onsite visits to support networks are included as part of the maintenance contract.
