Albacore is one of the leading suppliers of computer system maintenance to the CNS community. We do not sub-contract any of the aspects of support so there is only ever one number to call.

The first line of support is our help desk. If the problem cannot be solved over the telephone and an engineer needs to visit, we have a standard 8 hour response. This is upgradeable to 4 hour in most locations.

We support all types of system from standard single CNS Conductor / InSite PC's to complex networks.

An Albacore maintenance contract includes:

  • Office hours telephone support for Servers, Networks and Workstations.
  • Annual system service to ensure your system remains reliable.
  • All parts and labour costs included for the covered machines.
  • Replacement system cover. In the unlikely event we cannot repair the failed system immediately, we will loan you a replacement until it is fixed.
  • ASL utility, our own software offering CNS testing, as well as a Backup facility for your critical DataFreight database.
  • 24 / 7 telephone support also available.
