The first line of support is our help desk. If the problem cannot be solved over the telephone and an engineer needs to visit, we have a standard 8 hour response. This is upgradeable to 4 hour in most locations.

We support all types of systems from single ASM/GeMS PC's to UK-wide, Multi-branch networks as well as terminal server solutions.

An Albacore maintenance contract includes:

  • Office hours telephone support for Servers, Networks and Workstations.
  • Annual system service to ensure your system remains reliable.
  • All parts and labour costs are included.
  • Replacement system cover. In the unlikely event we cannot repair the failed system immediately, we will loan you a replacement until it is fixed.
  • ASL utility, our own software offering CCS-UK & ASM testing, as well as a Backup facility for your vital GeMS data.
  • 24 / 7 telephone support also available.
